These Terms of Service describe the rules that apply when you use the HexxPDF platform. By using the site, you are deemed to have accepted these terms. HexxPDF is a digital tool product developed by HexxLock.

HexxPDF is an online tool platform offered to make PDF and file operations easier. It may provide tools to merge, split, edit, build PDFs from images, extract images from PDFs, and more.

2. Conditions of use

You may use HexxPDF only for lawful and legitimate purposes. While using the service, you are bound by applicable law, third-party rights, and these Terms of Service.

3. User responsibility

You are fully responsible for the content of any file you upload, process, or convert.

6. Verifying output files

After downloading files produced by the tools, you should review them. In particular, for official, commercial, legal, financial, or medical documents you should additionally confirm the accuracy of the result.

7. No professional services

HexxPDF does not provide legal, medical, financial, official document verification, or any form of professional advice. The platform is provided solely as a technical file processing tool.

9. Intellectual property

The design, brand elements, software architecture, copy, interface components, and other content of HexxPDF may belong to HexxLock or to the relevant rights holders.

Users retain ownership of their own files. Using HexxPDF does not mean that you transfer rights over your files to us.

10. Prohibited uses

You may not use the service for the following purposes:

  • Overloading the system
  • Testing or exploiting security vulnerabilities
  • Performing automated abuse
  • Copying or reverse engineering the service
  • Infringing the rights of third parties
  • Processing harmful, unlawful, or misleading content

11. Limitation of liability

HexxPDF is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted, we cannot be held liable for any consequences arising from your use of the service, including file loss, processing errors, incompatibilities, data loss, or indirect damages.
